With expertise in acquisitions and sales of investment properties, Jefferson’s experience covers Essential Service/Retail, Industrial, and Land sales, with a focus on shopping centers and net-lease assets.

In 2024, Jefferson founded KnoxSouth after nearly a decade in the business and having a role in over $700m in transactions through sales, leasing, and management of real estate. His core operating footprint extends throughout the South ranging from Texas to the Carolinas to Florida.

Jefferson serves on the Board of the First Tee of Augusta, the Board of Sacred Heart Cultural Center, and is a member of Trinity on the Hill Methodist Church. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, tennis, and flying. Jefferson and his wife, Ann, reside in Augusta, GA are proud parents of two children.
